Go to cpi.ioppro.tools/report. On the device you checked out on, it opens straight away. Anywhere else, sign in with your checkout email and the order number from your receipt. Once you're in, your report also shows a personal access code (it starts with CPR-) you can save.

Your report is built from the answers saved under your checkout email. If you took the assessment with a different email, take it again from the report page. It takes about 10 minutes, and your report updates as soon as you finish.

Use Save as PDF at the bottom of your report. On a phone, choose "Save to Files" or "Save as PDF" from the print screen.
If you added it, scroll to the bottom of your report. You'll find the Notion template link and a short setup guide. Click Duplicate on the Notion page to copy it into your own workspace. A free Notion account works.
